Cashew with dots on the body of the nut. SK1 has a maximum of 1 point and is white. SK2 has 2-3 dots on the nut body and is ivory white in color. SK3 has more than 3 dots and is ivory in color. Type DW has a brownish color on the butt of the nut. It has a humidity level of < 5% and is very suitable for making fried cashew flour.
